This notice explains the information Cinemagnt receives through the public website and how it is used to respond to inquiries.
Information you submit
The Flowlu inquiry form collects information you deliberately provide, including the required name, email, message, and consent fields. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the public form.
How it is used
Cinemagnt uses submitted information to review and respond to your inquiry, understand the visibility questions you want to discuss, and communicate about possible next steps. Cinemagnt does not sell the information you submit.
Form provider
The inquiry form is provided by Flowlu. When you submit it, the information is transmitted to Cinemagnt's Flowlu workspace for inquiry management and response. Flowlu's handling of that information is also subject to its own service terms and privacy practices.

Analytics and cookies
Cinemagnt uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and performance, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and site interactions. Google Analytics may set cookies and transmit usage data to Google under Google's privacy practices. Cinemagnt does not use this implementation for advertising or remarketing. The published Flowlu form is configured without Flowlu's optional 90-day tracking cookie.
Retention and safeguards
Inquiry records may be retained in Cinemagnt's email and Flowlu systems for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, and manage follow-up. A fixed retention period has not yet been adopted. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
